For example; without an up-to-date, functional organization chart with job descriptions listing both responsibilities and authorities, companies can end up with a lot of duplication of effort and missed opportunities. And without a detailed job description including defined procedures for each single step in each task the expectations of each other are incorrect or unrealistic, inconsistencies and blank spots occur. Then we work with you to figure out how you could do business and through a process of back and forth we help to refine the way you do business and we customize our proprietary computer software to help you make sure that your group continues to do it that way on a consistent basis. Any auditor; – ISO, major customer, accounting, safety, AIB, OSHA or whatever simply wants to know: Are there systems in place to monitor operations, are they reasonable, effective, are they adhered to, are they formalized and can they be audited and tracked. We build those systems for you and install them and help you to administer them. Along the way you will coincidentally become much more efficient. We analyze and recommend and implement but we also have the expertise to engineer the snags that we find on the way. It’s not uncommon to find that the reason a silly function exists is because the thing-a-ma-jig doesn’t flacuate. We can help to engineer relatively low cost solutions so that reason and logic can once again prevail.
